40 Day Meditation Experiment
No Description
Why meditation?
Have you ever thought about starting a meditation practice or know someone who has and were curious on how to start?
Maybe you’re asking yourself: “Who has time to meditate? How can anyone actually want to sit still for minutes or even hours on end? What’s the point?”
I’m going to bite the bullet for you, or with you if you prefer. I will be meditating for one hour a day for 40 days starting January 23rd. Each day I will record a video highlighting my experience in that hour of meditation. I’ll share with you what it’s like to sit for an hour each day and what comes up for me during my practice.
What are the benefits to meditation?
When practiced regularly, meditation can benefit you physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Please join me
If you’ve been curious about meditation or maybe even starting a more regular practice, join me starting on the 23rd of January. If it’s your first time, start with something easy. Maybe it’s 5 or 10 minutes at a time. Just start! I’ll encourage you to increase your time, if you’re comfortable, as the days go on.
If you are completely new to meditation, here is a great 5 minute instruction video to get you started.
