Becoming a father has been the biggest, and most wonderful, change in my life. But being a parent brings a lot of challenges to your relationship, career, and life in general. Far too many men wonder how they can be more connected and present dads and people. Disconnecting from the pressures and stresses every Thursday night to learn from other men dealing with the same things you are. Stop isolating and learn how to reengage with your life and family.

How can we be better and more present men and fathers? Open to any father, new to experienced, young and older (any age) who is looking for support and guidance from other likeminded men dealing with the challenges of being a parent. We’ll be helping each other how to deal with the relationship stresses of being a dad and how to better connect with your partner, how to handle career and challenges, midlife issues, personal struggles, and being able to be more present for your family and live a more balanced and fulfilling life. This is a focused group with 6-8 men.
