In your reply to my latest post you said we can’t turn our minds off and asked me what I could do with the awareness (of annoying thoughts/sensations) in order to shift the experience. I pondered about that quite a bit and decided to use ujjayi breathing when I noticed tension or story lines creeping in. It’s actually working well which, to me, is an example of your current message about taking stuff from each experience to expand/shift your awareness. I’m certain there will be another shift…and another….and another!
