We know that men can feel lost, afraid, and worried that therapy is going to turn you into someone else.
Men will tend to struggle with their emotions and expressing themselves. This affects mood, outlook, energy levels, and most importantly relationships.

Help for Marriages and Couples
This is a 6 session program guiding you and your partner through the three stages of relational change.
- Joining through the truth and being on the same page
- Family of origin history and learned behaviors
- Learning new relational skills and living them
Each session you and your partner will learn a new aspect or skill that you will be able to directly apply to your relationship. Each part of the series is cumulative and will build on what you have learned about yourself and your relationship.
Men's Groups
It's ok for men to be themselves...
The Core Issues group contains all of the elements from individual counseling. Appropriate esteem, vulnerability, accepting yourself as an imperfect human, learning your wants and needs, dealing with depression and anxiety, and being ok with yourself.
Also, If you aren't able to commit to in depth one on sessions, the 12 week Core Issues group is a great option.
Nothing works like a group of supportive people helping each other out. You're going to experience camaraderie, learn about yourself, and understand your problems in a way that you can actually do something with.
